How to Make a Sugar Scrub

The body has the ability to restore spontaneous dead cells, such as skin regeneration which takes approximately 28 days to complete; when we are under stress, stress and fatigue, this may take longer.

To always have a  healthy, fresh, uniform color skin is very important that this dead skin falls off, so is important to exfoliate 1once a week.

Exfoliation helps  for a better and more effective regeneration, allowing a better cell oxygenation.

There are many exfoliants on the market,  salt, sugar, hypoallergenic, scented, for different skin types etc .. It is often difficult to find one that does not irritate our skin, or that does not cause us any allergic reaction, especially for those who have sensitive skin.

For me it is much better to make a scrub at home from natural ingredients, which will not cause me any irritation or skin allergy and only  i need two ingredients:

1 cup of sugar
3 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil

All you have to do is mix in a bowl these two ingredients, and keep it in a jar with a lid to keep it.

To use the scrub, it is best if  you do  it while taking a shower, so that the pores are open and the exfoliations will be more effective.

You must  massaged in a circular motion to exfoliate and rinse with plenty of water

Sugar is known as an excellent natural exfoliant and does not irritate the skin.
Coconut oil moisturizes the skin, leaving it softer.

This scrub is great for the whole body and lips. Although if you have oily skin you may not want to use it on the face, as it feels a little greasy  but is removed by rinsing.
