APPLE CIDER VINEGAR TONIC

Home or natural remedies are a good choice to eliminate the use of chemicals that could have undesirable skin reactions, especially for those who suffer from sensitive skin and are allergic to almost everything!

In our kitchen we can find many products that can be used as home remedies and provide cosmetic benefits; one of them is apple cider vinegar.

Apple cider vinegar contains potassium, pectin (a mixture of acidic and neutral polymers, help regulate the pH), calcium, and ashes; these are said to be very good for our body because it helps among other things:

Detoxify the colon
Constribuye the blood flow better
Lowers blood pressure

Within its cosmetic uses they are:

deodorant
Eliminates dandruff
Relieves skin burns from the sun
Even to restore shine and softness to hair

But the best of all and my favorite, which is used for acne and spots  caused by acne.

Apple cider vinegar helps to cure acne by killing bacteria, removes excess dirt, oil, makeup and eliminates dead skin cells.

Making a tonic is very easy all you have to do is mix in a container the same amount of apple cider vinegar and distilled water or filtered for example:
1tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
1tablespoon of distilled or filtered water

The measures depend on amount of tonic you want to do. Once the vinegar is diluted in water  save your mixture in a jar with a lid, and you can keep in the refrigerator or at room temperature.

If you have very sensitive skin and irritation  you can add more water: one part vinegar to 2 or 3 parts water.

To use it you just have to wash your face with your facial soap or cleanser of your choice, get  a cotton ball with a bit of the tonic and apply it on the skin. You can use it 2 times a day in the morning and at night.

I've used it for 1 month and have noticed a difference, the spots have been declining, pimples dry faster than before and the skin feels  softer.

Do not worry about the smell, because when is mixed with water is not that strong, when it dries the odor disappears completely.
